1. Rotatevalvelinkagelever(1)sothatvalvestem
(andconnectingrod)isinfully
downposition.
2. Depressactuatorsdisengagement
buon(5)andmanuallyposition
actuatorpointerbetweenthe20°
and 30°marks.
3. Placeactuatoroverlinkagesha
(2)andnon-rotationbracket(3).
4. Tighten2setscrews(4)onactuatoroutputhub
whileholdinglinkageleverinpositiontoensure
valvestemstaysfullydown.
NOTE: Valveisfullystrokedineachdirectionwith
less than 90° rotation of actuator.
1. Rotatevalvelinkagelever(1)sothatvalvestem
(andconnectingrod)isinfullydownposition.
2. Depressdisengagementbuon(5)onactuatorand
manuallysetpointertothefollowing
position:
For1/2"through1-1/4"valveswith
HPO–5212linkage,setpointerat
thirdmarkfromfullclockwise.
For1-1/2"through2"valveswith
HPO–5213linkage,setpointerat
secondmarkfromfullclockwise.
3. Placeactuatoroverlinkagesha(2)
and non-rotation pin (3) until cover on
actuatorrestsagainstcoveronlinkage.
4. Finger-tighten 2 coupler nuts (4) until
U-bolt(6)contactslinkagesha(2).
5. Holdthelinkagelever(1)inpositiontoensure
valvestemstaysfullydownwhileevenlytorquing
2couplernuts(4)to110–120in-lbs.Alsobesure
actuatorcoverisheldagainstlinkagewhile
tightening coupler nuts.
NOTE: Valveisfullystrokedineachdirectionwith
less than 90° rotation of actuator.
